中国512大地震真相和责任追查委员会给联合国人权理事会的请求信

512 中国大地震造成近十万中国百姓死亡，四十多万人受伤，两万多人失踪。我们认为，造成如此重大伤亡的主要原因是中共执政当局隐瞒地震预报。本调查委员会收集到的证据材料越来越强有力地显示，对普通民众隐瞒地震预报是中共中央高层所为。本调查委员会的国内调查员还在继续收集更关键的证据。为防止中共当局杀人灭口、毁灭罪证，我们呼吁国际社会也介入调查。为此，本委员会于二00八年六月九日给联合国人权理事会去信请求联合国人权理事会组成调查团进入中国大陆调查。此请求信也将陆续发送给欧盟议会、大赦国际、美国国会和政府、海牙国际法庭及其他国际人权组织。我们希望以上组织总部所在地的中国民运人士和人权人士能与本调查委员会联系，帮登门递交此信。联系电邮：china512investigation@hotmail.com 。特此公告。 (博讯 boxun.com)

Dear Mr.Chairman of United Nations Human Rights Council,
According to the Chinese official gazette, up to June 8,2008, 69136 people were found killed, 374061 people injured and 17686 people missing in the earthquake which occurred on May 12,2008 in China. The main reason why so many people were killed and wounded is that the people did not receive any warning from the Chinese authorities before the earthquake occurred. Now, more and more facts are disclosed, evidencing this strong earthquake was predicted by the Chinese seismologists but the predition was concealed and unreported to the general public by the Chinese high authority. The supporting materials are attached for you hereafter.
As the evidences indicate, the Chinese government took the social stability for the Olympic torch relay as the first thing but ignored the safety for the lives of the Chinese citizens. This is undoubtedly a conduct to trample on the human rights. To investigate this case and prosecute the CCP leaders for their criminal liabilities accordingly is a public opinion in the Chinese communities.
