City Hall was blocked by strikers in LuoYang
(Oct. 25, 2002) Boxun reported a strike in Luoyang today. In the morning of 24th (local time), the entrance of Luoyang City Hall was blocked by hundreds of strikers. These strikers were from Welding Electrode Factory. The banners they raised had the following contents:
"The appointed factory manager are corrupted, we require the manager to be elected by all employees"
"20 million (RMB) has been wasted in three years, manager refused to pay the 3-funds, retired employees can not make a living". (博讯boxun.com)
